"I paid for 4 rooms because we were attending a conference. 3 of the 4 rooms had no hot water. The clerk was kind about it, and when I asked, she provided a small discount. Thank you for that. We all loved the warmed cookies when we checked in. What a great touch! I, along with the group, have never been treated like that before at check-in. Keep it up!!!"

The Shilo Inn is an all-suites hotel located in Pierce County. Guests of the hotel can swim in the 24-hour indoor pool with adjacent hot tub.
